At the moment Nyli Beauty does not accept return of any items. Due to the nature of our products as they are all naturally handmade products returning them is not an option for us. Should you have any issues with your order we are more than happy to rectify any issues you may have. You have 10 days to contact us about any issues you may have, after that we cannot process any concerns.
